At the helm of Bloom Garden Restaurant, young chef Raphaël Gerby is the embodiment of uncluttered, seasonal, flavorful cuisine, deeply rooted in respect for the product and the artisans who cultivate it.
Trained alongside great chefs such as Laurent Poitevin, Christophe Saintagne, Frédéric Anton and, more recently, Olivier Streiff, Raphaël has built his culinary vision in resonance with the spirit of the place: a universe where well-being, elegance and human warmth naturally intertwine. Today, he relies on a loyal and passionate kitchen brigade, with whom he shares a common demand: to offer a cuisine that is clear, sincere and profoundly just, in the image of the house.
Driven by fine intuition, he composes his dishes with rigor, emotion and balance. Behind each dish is a promise of subtle emotions, of refinement without ostentation, that seeks to arouse a simple but true emotion – that of sincere taste, of the vegetable worked, of the balance of flavors.
